Job Description

Business System Analyst for Asia Pacific Region

Position Summary :

Our client is a global leading fashion brand, and their are looking for a Business System Analyst(Finance, POS / OMS system) for Asia Pacific Region.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Project Management : Work with the Financial Business Services team on global and Asia Pacific-specific projects.Support end-to-end projects from business requirements discovery to final testing, delivery, and training.Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth rollout of systems or integrations.
  • Change Management and Operational Support : Monitor, maintain, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AX 2012 systems to ensure efficient performance of critical business functions.Support the change request process and oversee integration support between Microsoft Dynamics 365 / AX 2012 and other systems (e.g., POS / OMS).Provide application system support to end-users when needed.
  • Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate closely with stakeholders across departments to understand and document business processes.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and work with technical teams to design and implement solutions.Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to relevant parties.
  • System Enhancement and Optimization : Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.Recommend and implement solutions to optimize system performance and user experience.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business System Analyst or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AX 2012, including experience in financial modules and integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills in Chinese, Cantonese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of financial processes and regulations is preferred.

    • Desired Qualifications :

  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AX 2012.
  • Experience in the luxury, retail or fashion industry.
