What you’ll do

• Take charge of the day-to-day operation and management of Grade A commercial property, including budget preparation and control, service standard and property maintenance, etc.
• To coordinate with internal departments to align with corporate and client directions
• To achieve KPIs and compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
• To prepare budgets, cost control, manpower planning and regular reports
• To handle the emergencies of the property, attending owner meetings and perform ad hoc duties as required
• Maintain a good relationship with owners / tenants
• Supervise on-site teams and contractors and ensure to deliver quality services
• Make sure team to perform quality management services including but not limited to health & safety, quality control, takeover / handover of premises, fitting-out works and tenancy administration
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
