Play a critical role in driving the company’s e-commerce strategy and revenue growth on a global scale that aligns with the company’s overall business goals
Responsible for analysing market trends, identifying business expansion opportunities, and driving revenue growth
Manage the daily operation for brand websites including marketing, merchandising, traffic acquisition, analytics, site conversion, site design and improvements.
Managed 3PL logistics and warehouse, last-mile delivery, and fulfilment processes, improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Work closely with multiple teams including marketing, operation, sales, to achieve ecommerce objectives
Expand the business through new channels and marketplaces
Mentor and develop talent within the ecommerce team
Role requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Math, or Computer Science or other equivalent degree or experience in the property management industry
Minimum of 8 years of e-commerce experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of driving e-commerce revenue growth and managing successful global e-commerce operations will be crucial
E-commerce marketplace experience is a plus, e.g. Amazon, Shopify, TikTok shop, Walmart, etc.
Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities for business expansion, and develop effective strategies
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential
A deep understanding of the consumer electronics industry and the digital landscape is highly desirable
