Responsibility

  • Manage daily operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, databases) and applications to ensure high availability. Oversee change management, system deployment, and release processes.
  • Develop operational procedures, optimize system architecture, and implement automated operation tools to enhance efficiency. Lead disaster recovery planning, drills, and recovery to ensure business continuity.
  • Design IT information security technical frameworks, strengthen data security capabilities, and ensure compliance with information security regulations and industry standards.
  • Execute security strategies, policies, and emergency plans. Lead incident response, analyze attack vectors, drive corrective actions, and close gaps.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability scans, penetration testing, and security hardening to prevent cyberattacks and data breaches.
  • Manage IT operations and security vendors, coordinate resources to resolve technical issues, and control operational and security costs.

Requirements

  • Education - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, Network Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience - 5+ years of experience in IT operations and security management, including 3+ years in team leadership. Preference for candidates with experience in high-security industries (internet, finance, telecom).
  • Technical Skills - Proficient in Linux system operations, network architecture design, and cloud services. Familiar with ITIL and other 运维 service frameworks.
  • Security Expertise - Deep understanding of security 攻防 techniques and tools. Strong ability to identify and resolve security threats quickly.
  • Soft Skills - Excellent cross-departmental communication and teamwork. High resilience and accountability, with the ability to handle emergency situations.
