职位描述Degree holder in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines Minimum 3-5 years’ of experience in warehouse operations; experience in 3PL industry is an advantage Able to make sound judgments and decisions, can work in a fast-paced environment and handle complicated issues with flexibility Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin Candidates with more / less experience will be considered as Senior Officer / Assistant Officer role
Responsibilities
- Responsible for regular performance reports and analytical reports to management team
- Monitor and maintain transaction and logistics process, including inventory control and warehouse activities
- Lead a team to support customers' orders fulfillment and enquiries
- Facilitate and monitor the KPIs of the warehouse, ensure timely and accuracy of orders fulfillment
- Coordinate with customers and the internal teams to ensure smooth day to day operation
- Other Ad-hoc assignments
