Your Role :
Support office administrative functions, such as office facility management and IT request arrangement
Monitor transaction tracking and follow up License Management
Review progress of procedures / workflows to ensure compliance control
Manage and oversee compensation administration, including sales commission calculation & validation, data processing, and structure review
Identify common issues and make recommendations to management for continuous improvement of the customer service
Prepare analytical reports and statistical modeling for management review
Handle daily and monthly reports
Perform ad hoc projects / tasks as required
Requirements :
Form 5 / DSE Graduate or above with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in office administration
Solid experience in data handling and analysis will be an advantage
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Office applications, strong Excel skills will be advantageous
Sensitive to figures and accuracy
Independent and interpersonal communication skills with ability to initiate and drive changes across all levels
Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills
Meticulous attention to details
