Our client is a leading multinational insurance and finance corporation based in Hong Kong. It is the largest publicly traded life insurance group in the Asia-Pacific region, offering a wide range of insurance products and services to individuals and businesses.

Description

  • Lead and implement digital projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop project plans, communicate expectations, and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Estimate resources, draft budgets, and manage project dependencies.
  • Plan timelines, track milestones, and deliver progress reports.
  • Manage scope changes, identify crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Define success criteria and mentor team members.
  • Build and grow business relationships vital to project success, with a strong emphasis on agile methodologies.
  • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in the IT sector, with at least 2 years in digital project management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
