Job responsibilities

1、 responsible for dailymunication with existing and potential investors (family offices, FOFs, etc.);

2、 write and send monthly / quarterly performance reports and marketmentaries, collate key information such as fund performance, risk indicators, etc.;

3、assist in the production of fund-raising materials, such as PPTs, investor Q&A, and roadshow support;

4、participate in the due diligence process, and coordinate with the internal legal,pliance, and operations team to respond together;

5、maintain investor information andmunication records, track the progress of potential customers;

6、support post-investment reports, regulatory disclosure and other related matters, to ensure that external information ispliant and consistent.

Job Requirements

1、 with a bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting or related disciplines; CFA or CAIA certificate holders are preferred;

2、 3-5 years of experience in investor relations, fund marketing, customer service or capital referral and other related work in hedge funds, public funds, investment banks, asset management and other firms;

3、familiar with hedge fund structure design , performance measures ( Alpha, Beta, Sharpe ratio) and investor due diligence process;

Understanding of quantitative investment strategies is preferred（such as market neutral, trend strategy, statistical arbitrage, etc.）;

4、 with Hong Kong legal employment status (permanent resident or Hong Kong QMAS）;

5、excellent written and verbalmunication skills in both English and Chinese;

6、 proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Bloomberg, etc.;

7、 embrace initiative, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to the fast-paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere of the work environment.
