A leading Company in Hong Kong, they are looking for Senior Sales Manager (~60k, Healthcare Product)

Job Responbilities

• Develop and execute impactful sales, marketing, and business development strategies to enhance revenue and margins.
• Lead the Sales & Marketing team, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve long-term business objectives.
• Monitor overall Profit and Loss (P&L) with a strong financial understanding and business acumen.
• Meet revenue growth targets and manage operating costs effectively to drive profitability.
• Supervise and maintain service quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to devise and implement sales plans and strategies.
• Provide leadership across various levels, motivating the team to foster a productive cross-functional work environment.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in senior managerial roles (experience in pharmaceuticals / supplements / health food industries is advantageous).
• Demonstrated business acumen and visionary insight in the health product industry.
• Connetion to Clusters, Hospitals & Institutions will be a plus
• Proven track record in sales management with strong strategic planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure, self-driven, results-oriented, and forward-thinking.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset.
• Proactive, professional, mature, with exceptional communication skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
