Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager to manage a growing client portfolio of Hong Kong and offshore companies.
• Learn the full spectrum of Company Secretarial Services and Compliance knowledge and make valuable contribution to the client portfolio.
• Handle onboarding of new companies and the post incorporation procedures to satisfy the need of the clients.
• Demonstrate effective administration of client entities in accordance with the CSC values and CSC policies and procedures and ensure such client entities are compliant with the corporate governance and compliance requirements and so as the relevant laws and regulations.
• Deliver quality services in a responsive, excellent way by connecting with clients and bankers, etc.
• Attend calls or meetings with various clients or third parties where appropriate.
• Liaise and maintain good relationship with different stakeholders within and outside CSC.
