Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead and drive an exciting new initiative to deliver advanced payment processing capabilities for eCommerce merchants, while also enhancing our core Global Account product. This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of our financial technology offerings.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and key business stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will have the autonomy to make critical decisions, paired with the responsibility and accountability to drive results.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and enhancement of the payment processing product.
- Support ongoing improvements to the core product features (onboarding, multi-currency accounts, cross-border payments, cards, and expense management).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, combining your insights and market research to shape the product strategy.
- Use data-driven insights and work closely with the Data Analytics team to prioritize and deliver the most impactful features.
- Advocate for a culture of experimentation to prove value creation and drive product innovation.
- Develop and refine epics and user stories with collaboration from product teams, ensuring clarity and actionable insights for Scrum teams.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog, collaborating with squad leads and the Head of Product to ensure smooth execution.
- Actively engage in Scrum ceremonies, ensuring that features are well-defined and prioritized for maximum team output.
- Verify the development of features aligns with the defined stories and provide constructive feedback to engineering teams.
- Contribute to the product roadmap and strategy to align with company goals.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of experience in Product Management.Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.Proven experience working with cross-functional product teams in agile environments (Scrum, product-led teams).Experience in fintech or a related industry, with a focus on payment processing or acquiring services.Bonus Qualifications
Experience working within the SMB domain, particularly with neobanks targeting small and medium businesses.Knowledge of shopping cart systems in relation to payment processing.Experience with multi-currency accounts, cross-border payments, multi-currency cards, or expense management and accounting integrations.
