Our client is looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Support Specialist to enhance their technology operations. If you are passionate about technology and enjoy solving challenges, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities :

Install, maintain, and upgrade office PC systems.
Diagnose and resolve internal network connectivity issues.
Work with internal teams and external partners to address requests efficiently.
Leverage strong experience with ERP systems to streamline workflows.
Participate in various ad hoc projects as assigned, with a focus on Linux systems.

Requirements :

Solid experience in PC installation and maintenance;

Familiarity with MS Windows, Linux, C++, and Java will be a plus.

Proficient in Outlook and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Good command of Chinese and English.

Self-motivated, independent, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
