职位描述Gather and analyze business requirements for the development of the data analytics platform. Define and document functional and non-functional requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals. Work closely with data engineers, architects, and scientists to translate business needs into technical specifications. Assist in defining data governance, compliance, and security policies. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate platform functionalities. Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data-driven projects
- Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements using industry-standard methodologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of data integration, data pipelines, and cloud-based analytical platforms.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for data handling.
- In-depth understanding of digital business processes, systems, and technologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
