职位描述Degree in Safety Management / Occupational Health & Safety / Construction Management / Engineering or a related discipline A practising Registered Safety Officer and Registered Safety Auditor with at least 5 years’ experience in construction or property management field Experience in reviewing and preparing safety documents Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Required to work outside office hours or irregular patterns of hours
Responsibilities
- Support the formulation and implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS) for all station commercial facilities
- Assist in implementing safety policies, strategies and programmes for the operation of station commercial facilities
- Arrange safety audits, implement risk assessments on potential and identified risks, maintain a hazard log system of risks and make recommendations on associated control measures
- Monitor safety performance including regular safety inspections of the shops management, and provide advice to the tenants / contractors on good safety practices
- Support in investigation and follow up actions on safety and health incidents
