Role description:

Arcadis Hong Kong is looking for Quantity Surveying Professionals to join our team.

Role accountabilities:

• Preparation of pre-contract cost estimates and project cash-flow

• Preparation of tender documentation

• Tendering process and tender evaluation

• Post-contract administration and management contract documentation valuation of progress payment variation assessment and cost control report

• Finalization of project final accounts

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in Quantity Surveying

• With technical knowledge Measurement cost estimating construction technology contracts and law

• Candidates with pre-contract experience and consultancy background will have advantage

• Understand and familiar with professional practice and contract administration processes

• Able to work as a team player

• Ability to communicate clearly in both spoken and written English

• Ability to communicate clearly in spoken Cantonese and written Chinese
