Position: Sales Assistant
Location: Lai Chi Kok
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Assistant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for supporting our sales team to ensure smooth sales procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Assist sales team with administrative duties.
- Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs.
- Handle orders, complaints, and other inquiries.
- Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed.
- Process sales data and progress reports.
- Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with their purchases.
- Make sure that salespersons are on track with sales goals.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
- Cheerful ,energetic ,Cooperative & Considerate personality
- Related working experience in trading is preferred
- Able to work independently and also as a team worker.
