Deputy Manager Assistant Manager (Human Resources)

Our client is a Financial Institutionthey are currently seeking for a Manager (Human Resources) to join their team.

Manager (Human Resources) (1-year contract)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in various human resources functions including recruitment benefits administration performance management and staff training;
• Prepare and review HR reports;
• Provide employee relations related support including staff activities and newsletters;
• Provide administrative and office support; and
• Assist in various HR projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in relevant discipline preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources Management;
• 5 years relevant experience in Human Resources;
• Meticulous and attentive to detail;
• Proactive and being a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility;
• Excellent people and communication skills; and
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Immediate Availability is an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager.
