What the job actually involves

Day to day you will be this person will need to recruit a team of Business Development, and managers so they can start generating results for the China market. If they have already a team we can onboard them too. Employment type: SLA.

Who this suits

• Leadership experience, preferably managing business development teams
• Ability to develop and execute strategies for IB acquisition and retention for the China region
• Strong understanding of trading platforms, financial markets, and client relationship management
• Proven network and experience managing and growing IB partnerships in China market
• Experience from FX brokers in related roles is a must!
