Senior Product Manager (Cards)

First Circle is an SME-focused, credit-centric, and multi-product NeoBank in SE Asia which is fast-growing (>100%), profitable, and internationalising soon.

We started life as an SME lender in the Philippines in 2016 to solve the SME credit gap by using technology to systemise underwriting, deliver exceptional UX, and automate away delivery costs. We’ve delivered our clients the fastest, cheapest, most flexible credit line available to businesses anywhere in Southeast Asia. We’ve been rewarded with both fast growth and exceptional unit economics, a rare combination in our space.

Over the past two years we’ve expanded our product range to include business bank accounts & payments, e-Invoices, corporate credit cards, rooftop solar, and most recently deposits catalysed by securing a full bank charter in the Philippines. In 2027, we’ll expand our geographical coverage to include at least two new markets in APAC.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our Cards product as we launch it onto the market. Reporting to the CEO, you will work at the highest level to design and execute solutions that drive business growth and customer success. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of our Cards product, driving strategy from concept to launch.
• Own key product metrics and ensure that every decision contributes to meaningful business outcomes.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and business teams to align on priorities and execute efficiently.
• Leverage data and deep analytical thinking to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and drive continuous improvement.
• Take a highly outcome-oriented approach, ensuring efforts translate into real impact for customers and the business.
• Operate with extreme ownership - you are responsible for delivering results, not just managing a backlog.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-performance culture that requires strategic thinking and consistent execution.
• Travel to Manila periodically to work closely with teams on the ground.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in a highly analytical, problem-solving fintech product role
• Nice to have: previous experience with Cards products
• Experience working within a fast-growing business (ideally a fintech company).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills - able to break down complex problems and build structured solutions.
• Worked on fintech-related products and can demonstrate successful outcomes
• Highly outcome-driven - focused on delivering impact, not just managing processes.
• Extreme ownership mindset - takes responsibility for success and doesn’t wait for direction.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-performance environments
