Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and integration of ESG strategies into clients' business operations and reporting frameworks.
  • Conduct research and analysis on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices relevant to client needs.
  • Support the preparation of ESG reports and disclosures in line with international and local standards.
  • Collect, analyze, and validate ESG-related data (, energy use, emissions, diversity metrics) for internal and external reporting.
  • Contribute to climate risk assessments and help identify opportunities for improvement in clients' sustainability practices.
  • Participate in client meetings, stakeholder engagement activities, and internal / external training sessions.
  • Assist with project management tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Stay informed about new ESG regulations and market developments, sharing insights with the team.
  • Support business development efforts, such as preparing proposals and presentation materials.

Core Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 2-5 years of ESG consulting or corporate sustainability experience, preferably with exposure to listedpanies and multinational corporations
  • Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks and sustainability standards ( HKEX's ESG Code, GRI Standards, TCFD Framework, ISSB Standards, CSRD, and etc.) is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills in English and Chinese
  • Professional certifications such as CESGA, CFA ESG, FSA Credential or similar are highly desirable
  • Preferred Assets

  • Experience and knowledge of ESG data technology tools and platforms is highly desirable
  • Experience and knowledge in climate scenario analysis, carbon credits market, GHG Scope 3 emissions calculation or nature or biodiversity is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Detailed-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and growth within the ESG field
