We are seeking a Senior HR & Admin Manager to join our HR and Admin team. This role is essential for managing all HR and administrative functions, and we are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual to lead our efforts.
Role Overview
As the Senior HR & Admin Manager, you will provide strategic HR advisory services, oversee daily HR and admin operations, and collaborate closely with line managers and department heads on various HR matters, including manpower planning and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR advisory services for the organization.
- Lead the HR & Admin team to ensure smooth and accurate operations.
- Liaise with line managers on HR matters such as performance management and staff engagement.
- Manage HR & Admin forecasts, budgeting, and manpower planning.
- Review and develop compensation and benefits programs in compliance with legal requirements.
- Involve in the setup of HR policies and updates to procedures.
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related discipline.Minimum 10 years of experience in HR and Administration, with 3-5 years in a supervisory role.Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation.Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Effective time management skills in a fast-paced environment.Meticulous with a strong sense of responsibility.Good problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.Stable, proactive, self-motivated, and confident in handling multiple tasks.Contact
