Responsibilities
- Provide daily technical support on GPS depends on container tracking devices and systems
- Carry out problem determination, isolation and RMA follow up
- Involve in prototype testing, data usage and costs analysis
- Involve in new technology evaluation and testing
- Cooperate with teams to solve production and support issues
