We are the property management company of a real estate investment trust (REIT) listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, and are currently seeking a candidate to take up the position of :

Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Assistant Leasing Manager / Leasing Manager in handling daily leasing enquiries, marketing, tenancy negotiation, tenancy administration, co-ordination with property management and other related duties for a portfolio of shopping malls, office towers and retail shops.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2-3 years solid working experience in property leasing.
  • Familiar with Landlord & Tenant (Cons.) Ordinance and leasing procedures.
  • Customer-oriented and with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude and strong business senses.
  • Holder of valid EAA licence is preferred.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Knowledge in PC applications, such as Word, Excel, Chinese Word-processing.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Leasing Officer
