What the day will look like

• Being responsible for leading the servicing of existing clients, increasing client intimacy and driving new Treaty and Facultative reinsurance opportunities in Hong Kong and Macau
• Leading and executing strategic initiatives to achieve targeted growth
• Delivering the best of Aon United to clients
• Preparing Management reporting to leadership
• Ensure robust client plans are in place for all medium to large existing and potential clients
• Ensuring Hong Kong and Macau pipeline is accurate
• Ensuring all client and reinsurer meeting minutes are taken for the Hong Kong and Macau team
• Executing treaty contracts via reinsurer negotiation
• Engaging with client prospects and reinsurers at senior management level
