Responsibilities
- To assist Team Head who manages 2 sub teams (CBG Sales Surveillance and CBG Customer Feedback Management) for process revamp to enhance work effectiveness and to ensure meetingpliance standard.
- To perform data analysis to draw implication and carry out new initiatives on new process and to enhance the robustness of control.
- To coordinate any project on Sales Surveillance and Customer Feedback Management related area to ensure the progress meeting project timeline and fulfilling ultimate goal.
- To prepare management report, presentation deck with data and slide to support ad hoc or regular meetings and reporting.
- To liaise and coordinate with audit / pliance / business units where needed to uplift the work effectiveness and quality.
Requirements
University Degree holder, preferably in Economics, Finance or Banking. Minimum 7 years' experience in banking field. Familiar with banking, investment and insurance related regulatory requirements. Capability and experience in analyzing data from control perspective. Good atposing presentation deck and management report. Well-developed interpersonal andmunication skills.
