Responsibilities

Corporateernance :

  • Prepare and maintain corporate records, including meeting minutes, resolutions, and filings with regulatory authorities.
  • Coordinate and support board meetings by preparing agendas and distributing relevant materials.
  • Ensurepliance with corporateernance standards and collaborate with regulatorypliance teams to meet applicable regulatory requirements.

Administrative Duties :

  • Manage and organize corporate documents and files, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as necessary.

    • Legal Support :

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Conduct legal research andpile relevant information to support various legal matters.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations affecting the cryptocurrency industry.

    • Job Requirements Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law , Business Administration , or related field.
  • Paralegal certification is an advantage.

    • Experience :

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a paralegal or in a corporateernance role, preferably within the financial or cryptocurrency sector.
  • Familiarity with KYC / AML regulations andpliance practices is highly desirable.

    • Skills :

  • Strong understanding of corporateernance andpliance frameworks.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite .
