Pack Coordinator

Our global Operations team make it possible for us to offer worldwide shipping to more than 180 countries, including same-day delivery to New York, London and Milan, while providing a seamless shopping experience across mobile, tablet and desktop, with easy returns.

We have 9 distributions centres and 11 Customer Care centres who work with in 11 different languages and are available 24 / 7, 365 days a year.

The team are now seeking a talented Pack Coordinator to join the team. This role will pack all the outbound orders and the orders need to pack with a high level of care and accuracy also within the identified service level.

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing :

Ensure that the packing orders meet the company standards and deadlines

Carry out problem solving for the problematic orders

Lead the team in demonstrating a high degree of care and accuracy

Ensure all new and existing colleagues are trained in best practices and safe working practices

Work closely with manager and other teams

The type of person we are looking for :

Solid experience on picking and packing orders

Proven experience on leading teams will be in advantage

Good communication skills

Team player

Fair knowledge of written English and Chinese is must

Proactive and energetic

Working Hours :

8am – 8pm (on roaster - 4 days on and 4 days off)
