Responsibilities
Responsible for the administrative work and documentation of the department
Handle overall file management and office equipment maintenance of the department according to the Bank's policies
Provide administrative services and support to matters related to the Board of Directors andmittees including logistics arrangement for meetings
Prepare annual departmental budget and monitor its implementation
Assist the department / deputy heads in management of departmental affairs
Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as directed
Requirements :
Associate Degree or Higher Diploma holder or above
1 years relevant working experience in banks or financial institutions
Good team player, positive attitude, and willing to work under high pressure and tight timeline
Proficiency in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PPT and Chinese typewriting is a must
Goodmand of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
