职位描述Certificate / Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines Minimum 1 year relevant experience in Hotel Industry Good interpersonal and communication skills Good command of both spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Job Descriptions :
- Assist daily operation at Club Floor Lounge including check-in / out, handle enquiries and maximize guests' satisfaction
- Ensure high standard of services being provided to VIPs and Club Floor guests by professional contacts
- Perform other ad hoc job duties as assigned
