Our client, a multinational insurance company in Hong Kong, is hiring a Claims Manager to support their new business strategy. Interested parties with proven claims experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise the daily operations of the claims team to meet operational, productivity, quality control, and service requirements.
- Process claims within authority and provide appropriate commentary and recommendations.
- Handle complaints and resolve disputes from customers, distributors, service providers, and internal staff.
- Participate in projects to meet business requirements.
Requirements :
Minimum of 5 years' experience in claims within the insurance industry.Claim knowledge in life / medical claims is highly preferable.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.Ability to multitask and work under pressure.To apply online, please click on the link.
