We are looking for a talented kitchen staff for a crucial role in a professional kitchen.

Responsibilities :

  • Carry out daily hot and cold food preparation and cooking assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and quality set by the Restaurant.
  • Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Follow the assigned instructions and recommendations to complete the daily tasks.
  • Put effort into optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality,
  • Enforce strict food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.

Requirements :

  • Good command of English and Chinese.
  • Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience in western restaurant, fine dining working experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies of food prep, receiving storage, and sanitation.
  • Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and food processing methods.
  • Creative and quality-oriented Team player, working hard, good interpersonal and communication skills.
