Duties

Teach courses in the interdisciplinary field of sociolinguistics at postgraduate levels. The successful candidate will be expected to teach courses covering the topics of language, culture and society, sociolinguistics, and social approaches to language in education.

Teaching will be carried out during the evening.

Requirements

A Master’s degree in Linguistics or related disciplines with competence in undertaking teaching in interdisciplinary areas across sociolinguistics.

A PhD degree in related disciplines and teaching experience at the tertiary level are preferred.
