日系クリニック 医療通訳スタッフ募集

香港の九龍エリアに新しくオープンする日系クリニックで、立ち上げスタッフとして活躍してくださる医療通訳を募集します。患者様に寄り添い、 人の「気持ち」に寄り添う温かいケア を一緒に提供したい、温かいサポートを提供することにやりがいを感じる方からのご応募を心よりお待ちしております。

募集職種 ：医療通訳 (Medical Interpreter)

雇用形態 ：正社員（フルタイム）

勤務地 ：九龍

業務内容

  • 自社クリニック及び提携クリニックでの日本語英語（または広東語）医療通訳
  • 医師・看護師と患者様の円滑なコミュニケーション支援
  • 医療関連書類（診断書・検査結果等）の翻訳
  • 保険の引受審査及び海外医療保険会社との連携
  • LINEや電話による患者様対応（予約、相談など）
  • 受付・事務業務などクリニックオペレーションに関する全般業務
  • お薬の準備及び患者様へのお渡し

応募資格

  • 日本語：ビジネス程度～ネイティブレベル（日本人大歓迎）
  • 英語：ビジネスレベル以上（医療通訳経験者優遇）
  • 医療分野未経験でも、学ぶ意欲とホスピタリティを重視
  • 多文化環境での柔軟性と協調性がある方
  • 当院の理念に共感し、社会貢献や奉仕の心をお持ちの方
  • 相手を思いやり、機転の利く対応ができる方

    • 勤務時間： 8 : 00〜22 : 00の間でシフト制（実働8時間）
