The Role

Were looking for a seasoned MongoDB Specialist to design, manage, and optimize high-availability database systems. This is a senior role that requires hands-on experience with MongoDB administration, performance tuning, and data modeling. You'll work closely with developers and infrastructure teams to ensure the database environment is secure, scalable, and resilient.

The Requirements

• We're seeking candidates with the following qualifications and experience :
• Solid experience as a MongoDB Developer, DBA, or Administrator
• Expert-level knowledge of MongoDB querying, aggregation pipelines, indexing, and advanced performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB Atlas, Ops Manager, or Compass
• Proficient in replication, sharding, and NoSQL data modeling
• Skilled in managing MongoDB clusters (e.g., replica sets, sharded clusters)
• Familiarity with backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes
• Comfortable working in Linux / Unix environments and scripting with Bash, Python, or JavaScript
• Knowledge of public cloud platforms AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and clear communication skills
• Nice to Have :

MongoDB Certifications (e.g., Certified Developer or DBA)
