Main Responsibilities :
Digital transformation strategy
Create a plan to catalyze the medical digital transformation.
Align with the Product Manager and the Medical Affairs brand lead in order to ensure an optimal customer engagement journey which is aligned with the brand and OCE plans.
Co-create the OCE material content e.g. OCE content in the format of a video, webinar or email etc. with the Product Manager and the Medical Affairs brand lead and ensure it is innovative and strategic as well as practical for implementation.
Set key performance indicators to ensure measurability and the track user journey.
Explore continuously to identify new and creative ways that can evolve or transform the customer experience while complying the internal and external regulatory standards.
Marketing and Sales Support
Provide medical / scientific and strategic input to the supervisor and Brand team.
Provide up-to-date medical / scientific input to the marketing plan for assigned products via participation in brand team activities.
Contribute to the implementation of marketing projects and take the lead on product related medical-marketing directions
Identify and discuss with brand team appropriate product positioning and key strategies in line with business objectives
Provide ad hoc medical support and training for assigned products to the sales force and brand team to support sales opportunities and / or to avert business threat.
Identify with brand team the training needs for sales force and collaborate with training department
Preview promotional materials, research reports and publications, when required
Opinion Leaders (KOLs & DOLs) & Network
Develop lasting strategic relationships / partnerships with opinion leaders
In collaboration with Marketing team to establish speaker pools for strategic products.
Attend relevant external medical conferences, international and local.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
About you
Requirements : Education :
Medical degree, Master of Science diploma major in Pharmacy, pharmacology, nursing or other health care related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
Minimum 1-2 years of successful Medical experience of branded company, or minimum 1-2 years of successful sales / marketing / digital communications experience with branded company plus a master degree of pharmacy / pharmacology / business administration
