About the role
As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for a range of activities including :
- Working closely with the client to understand business requirements and designing, building, configuring and testing the Workday solution to meet these requirements
- Playing an active role in your area of expertise, a point of reference for sharing knowledge and information with colleagues, collaborating to improve internal capability, including training and mentoring of new team members
- Establishing and maintaining strong and constructive client relationships
- Understanding and applying Workday and Alight methodologies
- Contributing to high client satisfaction through a high standard of client service
- Working across multiple concurrent projects
- Keeping up to date with latest HCM thinking, tools and techniques in your area of expertise and drawing upon this knowledge to ensure delivery of outstanding results.
About you
To be considered for this role you will have :
