职位描述8 hours per day (1 hr lunch break, 5 hr student contact time, 2 hr max for preparation and admin work) Foster an immersive English-speaking environment across campus. Organize engaging language learning activities with measurable outcomes in both written and spoken forms. Facilitate concise workshops and chat groups (up to 1 hour) outside the classroom. Coordinate cultural events that enrich the school community. Assist students in preparing for assessments, interviews, and project presentations. Support English lessons alongside regular English teachers. Help students participate in events and international competitions. Coach students to excel as event hosts. Perform any additional tasks as assigned by campus leadership. Native-level English speaker Degree and teaching certification preferred (TEFL / TESOL etc) A creative, energetic individual with a knack for designing engaging activities. A confident communicator who loves connecting with young people. Flexible and adaptable, ready to jump in and support events or classroom sessions as needed. As an English Support Teacher, your role is all about creating a fun, supportive environment for students aged 15-21 to build their confidence in English communication. This isn’t your typical teaching job—there’s no formal classroom instruction here! Instead, you’ll :
- Design and Deliver Creative Activities : Plan and organise exciting English activities, group work, and interactive sessions to help students engage with the language in meaningful ways.
- In-Class Speaking Support : Provide assistance during speaking assessment preparation, to guide and encourage students.
- Campus Event Engagement : Get involved in campus life by supporting a range of events, bringing your enthusiasm and energy to make them unforgettable.
