- Perform full spectrum of HR duties with focus on C&B functions
- Support monthly payroll preparation including commission and incentive calculation, MPF and tax return etc.
- Support staff termination HR formalities including final payment, exit interview etc.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR system
- Handle staff benefits administration
- Assist in compiling HR related reports in quality and timely manner
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplinesAt least 3 years relevant experience in sizable company, including payroll handlingFamiliar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related HR regulationsDemonstrate sound numerical sense, detail-minded and well organizedGood interpersonal skills, attention to details and a good team playerFamiliar with HRIS, proficient in MS excel and Chinese Word ProcessingGood command in both English and Chinese, including Mandarin
