About The Role :

The Professional Services team at SHL plays a pivotal role in the ongoing delivery of customer solutions through a range of consulting and product-led interventions, as well as the delivery of sustainable growth in the SHL business.

As a key member of the team, you will consult with a diverse range of clients and deliver talent management and talent acquisition solutions based on their specific needs. Your key responsibilities include :

  • Operating as a trusted advisor for clients in talent management and acquisition strategies, leveraging SHL solutions, assessments, talent analytics and industry best practices
  • Cultivating client relationships through presales and delivery with clients in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Korea
  • Working closely with the commercial team in the presales stage to contribute expert advice and shaping talent solutions to address client needs
  • Engaging senior leaders of client organizations to set the context for pivotal talent related projects, presenting key deliverables impacting talent strategies / decisions and providing advice on improvement areas across the talent lifecycle
  • Designing, delivering and project managing talent consulting projects, including but not limited to job analysis, competency modelling, HIPO identification, succession planning, executive assessment, talent analytics, talent development, assessment / development centers and bespoke assessment solution design
  • Delivering in-depth behavioral and psychological insight about talents in client organizations in either written or verbal format, based on psychometrics assessments and / or face-to-face techniques such as interviewing and behavioral simulations
  • Providing SHL development interventions in client organizations to inspire behavioral changes at both individual and group level that impact business results : by delivering assessment debriefs, coaching conversations and learning / development workshops, etc.
  • Analyzing talent data and applying data visualization techniques to generate impactful presentations and reports that support clients’ talent decision-making and planning
  • Providing enablement training to clients on the use of SHL psychometrics and behavioral assessment techniques / best practices
  • Providing peer coaching and guidance to internal junior team members

About You :

Suitable candidates have 5-8 years of experience in Talent Management through consultancy or / and relevant HR positions. They usually possess a postgraduate degree in Organizational Psychology or Human Resources, demonstrating strong passion for designing and delivering talent solutions. In-depth talent assessment and consulting experience at the executive level are advantageous. Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is required.
