Our client (a Chinese financial institution) in search of an experienced Compensation & Benefits expert to lead and manage the company's compensation and benefits strategies and executions.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
- Oversee and manage various rewards projects, including the design of salary structures, bonus programs, incentive schemes, and other reward initiatives.
- Perform regular market research and analysis to ensure the competitiveness and attractiveness of the company's compensation and benefits packages.
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment of compensation and benefits programs across all regions.
- Provide expert advice on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and pay equity initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze compensation data to identify trends, address issues, and recommend improvements.
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry trends related to compensation and benefits in the operational countries.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.8-10 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with a focus on rewards projects in a multinational setting.Proven success in designing and implementing compensation strategies that enhance employee engagement and retention.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.With current or past related experience from Financial Institution or Large Corporate (definitely an advantageous)Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English.
