The Department
Our Property Department oversees club-wide project and construction management, contract administration and property development.
The Job
You will :
- work independently and efficiently for fit-out and minor works, site inspection and assist in tender drawing, document, etc.
- liaise and co-ordinate with external consultants and contractors, as well as service providers and internal working team / internal users for the above works
- prepare and produce fit-out drawings and details by using industrial standard and best practices
- ensure compliance with the corporate’s guidelines and statutory requirement for capital works projects, minor renovations, office re-layout, furniture reconfiguration, etc.
- maintain up-to-date architectural and building services layout plans, control documents and drawings registry
- perform such other duties as assigned by Facilities Services Manager or his delegates
About You
You should have :
a higher diploma / degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related disciplineat least 5 years relevant experience mainly in coordination with contractors, assisting in project management for fit-out works, production of CAD drawings in fit-out projects, etc.proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit, conversant with Naviswork and Adobe Photoshop will be an advantageknowledge of relevant government regulations & statutory requirements for commercial premises and fit-out worksgood communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chineseself-driven and independent with good interpersonal skillscandidate with less experience will be considered as Project OfficerTerms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
