Responsibilities
- To be responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant and maintaining a consistent standard of service.
- To supervise all subordinates, making sure all delegated duties are being carried out in a professional and efficient manner.
- To conduct F&B outlets briefing to ensure the operation, events and etc. are professionally carried out.
- To be accountable for maintaining cordial collaboration with the kitchen and stewarding department.
- To provide training for service staff, monitor their progress and evaluate their performance.
- To promote teamwork and positive attitudes among staff; attend to grievances of staff, counsel and motivate them when necessary.
- To socialize with guests, promote sales, and gain feedback from patrons regarding the services and products provided.
- To be responsible for handling guest complaints and comments.
- To assist and support his subordinates all the time, and provide direction and guidance to them whenever required.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Find ways of maximizing and increasing sales and / or yield.
Requirements
A recognized higher certificate or High School Graduate in relevant discipline or equivalent.Minimum 4 year relevant experience in Food & Beverage industry and 2 years at managerial level.Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.Good interpersonal skills, outgoing with strong leadership and team building skills.Strong manpower planning and training skills.Good communication skills.Proficiency in the use of computer application software.More experience will be considered as Restaurant Manager.Permanent Staff Enjoy全職員工可享 :
