职位描述3-5 years of experience in EM&A, Environmental monitoring or relevant experience University Graduate in Environmental Science or related fields Completed the Environmental Officer Course run by the Construction Industry Council (CIC) Proficient in MS office / Google applications Determined, motivated team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese With valid driving license is essential Construction Safety (Green Card) Training

Key Accountabilities or Responsibilities :
- Assist Environmental Manager with overall Site Compliance with the Environmental Permit, License and Contract requirements
- Assist in preparing, implementation and updating the Environmental Management Plan and EM&A reports, and managing the EM&A programme
- Advise on measures to be taken in the interest of environmental protection, and implement such measures
- Liaise with Environmental Consultant and all relevant parties, for matters related to environmental monitoring and auditing, and involved in the EM&A process and environmental management
- Provide environmental trainings including induction training and toolbox talks for site staff and workers and site promotion activities
- Supervise and monitor all environmental performance on the site
- Carry out joint site inspection to identify potential hazards to the environment
- Check and ensure that any polluting or potentially polluting situation is promptly rectified
- Attend Site Environmental Management Committee meetings and Site Environmental Committee meetings
- Advise on the implementation of the environmental management system.
- Ensure fulfilment of all the Conditions of the EPs and FEPs
- Apply and acquire licenses and permits related to environmental matters
