Main Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive support to the VP and family, including planning and arranging food, clothing, accommodation, and transportation.
- Assist in managing daily household operations for the VP's family.
- Communicate and collaborate with drivers and domestic staff to oversee household management and transportation arrangements.
- Handle the daily management and maintenance of the Director's residence, including cleaning, security, equipment, and property management.
- Assist with hospitality activities such as organizing family dinners, client receptions, and conferences.
- Manage meetings and travel arrangements, including booking airline tickets, hotels, and handling visa applications.
- Assist with handling private documents, deliveries, and other necessary arrangements.
- Provide ad-hoc personal assistance as needed.
- Work 5 days a week, from 9 am to 6 pm. Occasional weekend work with prior notice.
Requirements :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal assistance, secretarial, or customer service roles. A certificate or diploma in Property or Hospitality Management is a plus.Familiarity with local transportation, catering, and medical resources in Hong Kong is preferred.Familiarity with Hong Kong laws and regulations is preferred.Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English, with fluency in Mandarin required.Must be flexible, capable of multitasking, self-motivated, resilient under pressure, and able to meet deadlines.Proactive, responsible, trustworthy, meticulous, and well-organized.Immediate availability is preferred.To apply, please click the "Quick Apply" button below to submit your complete resume, including your expected salary and availability.
