We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Director to join our Group office as an individual contributor. In this strategic role, you will play a key role in executing and delivering digital projects, enhancing digital platforms, and optimizing digital experiences and usability across our various Local Business Units (LBUs). You will be the driving force behind managing digital KPIs group-wide and ensuring that each LBU aligns with and achieves the group's strategic digital priorities. You will play a crucial part in our digital transformation journey, helping us to redefine the digital landscape in the insurance industry and to provide a seamless, state-of-the-art experience to our customers. This role demands an individual who possesses a strong blend of strategic thinking, executional excellence, and leadership skills.
- Spearhead the delivery and execution of digital projects, ensuring a cohesive and superior digital experience across all digital touchpoints and platforms.
- Collaborate with LBUs to support and guide the execution of digital initiatives, ensuring they are in sync with group-wide strategic digital priorities.
- Establish, manage, and report on digital KPIs group-wide and across LBUs, setting clear targets and benchmarks for digital performance and customer engagement.
- Work closely with the Chief Officer, Marketing Technology and Digital to align digital initiatives with broader business goals.
- Drive the continuous enhancement of digital platforms through user-centric design, innovative technology integration, and regular usability testing.
- Lead cross-functional teams and work in tandem with stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.
- Foster a data-driven culture, utilizing analytics and user feedback to inform decision-making and prioritize digital enhancements.
- Craft and maintain a digital roadmap that aligns with the group's vision, and adapts to changing market trends and consumer behaviors.
- Champion digital best practices and processes, including agile project management, to increase efficiency and effectiveness in digital operations.
- Act as a digital evangelist within the organization, advocating for digital transformation and the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
- Ensure that all digital initiatives adhere to regulatory standards and privacy laws across multiple jurisdictions.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Digital, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital strategy, project management, or a related field, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.Proven track record of leading and delivering complex digital projects with quantifiable results.Extensive experience in managing digital platforms and enhancing user experience and usability.Proficiency in digital analytics tools and KPI tracking.Knowledge of current digital trends and technologies.Ability to develop and implement digital strategies that align with business goals.Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Skilled in setting clear objectives and measuring performance.Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in influencing cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex digital concepts to a variety of stakeholders.Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.Strong organizational and time management skills.Familiarity with the regulatory environment and digital compliance in Asia.Proficiency in English; fluency in additional Asian languages is an asset.Resilient and adaptable in the face of changing digital landscapes.A passion for delivering superior customer experiences through digital channels.
