HR Officer (HQ - HR Officer Central Office)
Descriptions Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Act as service partner to support the HR Manager in providing full spectrum of HR services, including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, employee relations, HR data analysis and reporting, and relevant support
- Provide daily HR support to service units / departments on their request and enquiries, and offer effective solutions to their problems
- Manage and plan employee recruitment functions, including but not limited to manpower planning, recruitment, job fair organization, new staff orientation
- Assist in the design and implementation of performance management, compensation and benefits systems
- Assist in formulating and implementing organisational employee training and development, policies and programs
- Assist in implementing human resources strategies, plans and procedures
Requirements
Degree Holder, preferably in human resources management or related disciplinesMinimum 3 years' relevant and solid experienceSound knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislationA team player with strong interpersonal and communication skillsProficient in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word ProcessingExcellent command of both spoken and written English and ChineseImmediate availability is preferred
