About the Company :
My client is a global technology specializing in blockchain solutions. With the firm’s upcoming expansion plan, they create a new headcount as Chief Human Resources Officer to look after their business.
This role will be overseeing the whole HR function leading a team of 12 and acting as a trusted HR advisor to the C-levels. The ideal candidate should be not only able to become an HR strategist to set up tactics to cater the business objectives, but also able to be hands on enough to understand and oversee the operation. This is a global level role, candidates with regional experience are desired.

Develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with the firm's business goals and valuesEstablish a strong HR presence within the firm, acting as a strategic partner to the executive team and other departments.Based on the firm’s expansion plan to set the Talent Acquisition strategy to attract potential new joiners and ensure good level of candidate experience to shape the employer brandingDrive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture and enhance employee satisfactionReview the compensation model and framework to ensure the competitiveness within the marketOversee talent management processes, from performance reviews, goal setting to identifying HIPOs and career developmentEnsure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all regions where the company operates, provide strategic yet hands on guidance on organisational design, succession planning, and change management initiativesSenior Leadership duties :
Lead the HR team by providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure alignment with the company's goalsFoster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and cross-functional partnerships to achieve HR and organizational objectives and empower the team to deliver desired resultsParticipate in other HR projects if necessarySkills & Experiences required :
University degree in HR Management or related disciplineCandidates coming from tech companies are desired, having APAC experience is must, EMEA or US will be good to haveApprox. 15 years of experience with solid team leading experienceFast paced, open-minded yet seasoned candidates are desiredHighly fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Including Cantonese & Mandarin) is a MUST
