Assistant Manager / Senior Officer, Data Analytics

Responsibilities

• Thematic Data Analysis : Perform data cleansing, analyseplex data sets, and conduct statistical analysis to identify business opportunities, generate customer insights, and root causes for informed business decisions.
• Campaign Management and Execution : Support the end-to-end process of planning, executing, and optimising data-driven campaigns, with a focus on lead generation and performance tracking to drive business growth and engagement.
• Data Modelling and Pipeline Development : Design appropriate data models and develop data pipelines to support analytical initiatives.
• Dashboard and Reporting : Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop dashboards and prepare detailed reports and presentations.
• Process Automation : Identify, develop, and implement automation solutions to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of data analytics, campaign management, and reporting processes.
• Additional Duties : Perform other duties as assigned by the team and senior management.

Key Requirements :

Minimum 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics in the insurance or financial industry.
