VP Investment

The key requirements

• Manage the full cycle of investment process from from deal sourcing, due diligence, legal documentation to portfolio management
• Find deals through research, networking and building relationships
• Manage the team's due diligence for direct and fund investments
• Have at least 8 years' experience in venture capital, private equity, corporate M&A, technology start-ups or investment banking or management consulting, including at least 3 years leading direct investments;
• Good commercial sense;
• Ability to manage, train and motivate team members;
• Sector knowledge and networks a plus;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
