The Company

We are currently working with a leading global bank in Hong Kong and is seeking multiple Business Analysts to join our team.

The Role

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Business Analysts (BAs) to join our Wealth and Private Banking team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in financial services, with expertise in Private Banking, Capital Markets, Trading, Wealth Management, or Insurance. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our dynamic organization and support the growth of our wealth management services.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for various projects within the Wealth and Private Banking sector.
Conduct thorough data analysis and research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the market.
Develop and maintain comprehensive business cases, project plans, and documentation to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Provide ongoing support and training to team members and stakeholders on new systems and processes.

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Private Banking, Capital Markets, Trading, Wealth Management, or Insurance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards in the banking and insurance sectors.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
